This primitive tissue holder is a quart anchor hocking canning jar, hand painted with country twill acrylic paint, and the primitive willow tree, crows, and stars, and the words The Gathering Place is also hand painted by me. 2 to 3 coats of a satin varnish is then applied. It holds the canister type tissues. One box of tissues is included in the jar. There is a jute bow tied around the neck of the jar, and a matching tag for gifting. This tissue holder would look great in any room in your house, or it would make a lovely housewarming gift. DO NOT immerse jar into water. Wipe clean with a slightly damp cloth. You can also use this jar for a kitchen utensil holder in the kitchen, or a flower vase. The inside of the jar IS NOT painted.
