Potato and Onion Bin. This Rustic Primitive Potato and Onion Bin is made from knotty pine wood, and Black Hammered Hinges. It is stained a dark walnut. Wood Glue and Brad Nails securely hold it together. The Primitive Stars and Berry Vines are hand painted by me using acrylic paints, and then a coat of latex sealer is applied. There may be some imperfections in the wood, which gives it a more primitive look. The potato compartment is seperated from the onion compartment with plywood, and the back is luan plywood with several air holes drilled into it. The height is 24", the width is 11.25", and the debth is 12". It will hold a 10lb bag of potatoes. The onion drawer is 11"x 8'x 3.5". It will hold approximately 4 to 5 onions. This potato, and onion bin would make a great addition to your kitchen. It would also make a great Mothers Day gift, or a great gift for any occasion.
